Our wheels are installed by a network of trusted, premium local bike shops. You bring your bike in on pickup day and we swap the wheels. We re-use your existing cassette and rotor for your rear wheel, making any necessary adjustments.
On drop-off day bring your bike back in and we'll reverse the process, leaving your bike just as it was when you first brought it in.
Installation and removal are included in the rental price. No hidden charges.

We want you to have the best possible experience riding your bike and our wheels. We require installation and removal be done by one of our partner bike shops.

All of our wheelsets come with Shimano Hyperglide freehubs. Many of our wheels also support SRAM XDR and Campagnolo freehubs.
Not sure exactly which setup you need? Send a picture of your derailleur and cassette to us at [email protected] and we'll get you sorted.

Our rentals include the assembled freehub, rim, and spokes as sold by the manufacturer. Tubeless tires and the required valves, tape, and sealant are pre-mounted and inflated.
We do not provide a cassette or disc rotor. When you bring your bike for installation we will remove your cassette and rotor from your existing rear wheel and mount them on your rental wheels. This provides the most consistent brake and shifting alignment and keeps your equally worn cassette and chain together.
